III MILENIUM CORPORATION |

La CORPORACION III MILENIO se creó en el Foro del Milenio de Naciones Unidas celebrado en de Nueva York en Mayo de 2000, con la denominación oficial: III MILENIUM CORPORATION. El principal objetivo de la Corporación III Milenio, es fomentar la creatividad artística y recabar fondos para ayudar a artistas de todo el mundo especialmente emergentes y noveles a desarrollar sus proyectos creativos, para lo cual ha creado el PROGRAMA DE BECAS EN RESIDENCIA III MILENIO, que cuenta con una asignación anual de 300.000 US $. Para el disfrute de las becas III Milenio para Artistas y Creativos, se ha elegido como Centro piloto entre más de 50 Residencias de todo el mundo, al Instituto Rural de Arte Hoz del Jucar por su concepción, política de actuación, especiales características, situación geográfica e instalaciones, cuenta con el aval de la UNESCO, organismo que también concede becas a artistas de todo el mundo para dicho Centro. En un futuro próximo también se asignarán becas para residencias de otros países. Como actividades complementarias se organizarán periódicamente encuentros de artistas, para abordar su problemática y buscar soluciones viables, también se impartirán cursos y seminarios, exposiciones temáticas y se editarán todo tipo de impresos, libros, CDs etc.
Dado que más del 70 % de las solicitudes recibidas son de países latinos e iberoamericanos y que el Centro se encuentra en España, a finales de 2006, se constituyó el CONSORCIO III MILENIO con sede en Valencia (España) quien se encarga de gestionar, coordinar y aplicar el programa de becas para poder atender con mayor eficacia y en su propia lengua a los artistas y creativos de los países de habla hispana interesados en optar a los programas de becas y participar en los eventos organizados por la Corporación III Milenio.
Paulatinamente se dará entrada en el CONSORCIO III MILENIO a representantes de los distintos estamentos del panorama artístico a nivel mundial, como artistas, galerístas, marchantes, representantes, comisarios, criticos de arte, coleccionistas etc, se pretende que estén representados todos los estamentos que de alguna forma tengan que ver con el mundo del arte.
Se han iniciado negociaciones para establecer a partir un convenio de colaboración con la UNESCO (Organismo de Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura) y el Fondo Internacional para la Promoción de la Cultura dentro del programa de becas para Artistas y Creativos UNESCO-Aschberg.
Estamos abiertos tanto la Corporación III Milenio como el Consorcio III Milenio, para realizar y establecer acuerdos con todo tipo de Empresas, Entidades, Fundaciones y Organismos que deseen colaborar con el proyecto, tanto financiera como estructural o activamente, al objeto de conseguir los fines propuestos.
La Corporación III Milenio, dedica sus esfuerzos al fomento de la creatividad y canaliza las aportaciones de distintas entidades a su fondo de becas con el objetivo de ayudar a desarrollar sus proyectos creativos a artistas de todo el mundo, especialmente emergentes y noveles. |

The III MILENIUM CORPORATION was created in the Millennium forum of the UN, celebrated in New York in May of 2000 with the official denomination of III MILENIUM CORPORATION. The principal objective of the corporation is to foment the artistic creativity and obtain founds to help emergent artists of all the world to develop their creative programs. That is why it was created the PROGRAM OF GRANTS IN RESIDENCE III MILENIUM, with an annual budget of 300.000 US $.
To enjoy the III Milenium grants for artists and creative people, the Gorges of Júcar Rural Institute of Art was chosen from more than 50 residences of all the world, for its conception, policy of acts, special characteristics, geographical situation and facilities, got the endorsement of the UNESCO, organisation that also gives grants to artists of all the world to come to our Centre. In a medium term these grants will be given to residences of other countries. Some of our activities are courses and seminaries, thematic exhibitions or the edition of books, CD´s, all kind of publications, and the organisations of meetings with artists to solve some of the questions and problems that exist in the world of art. The Centre is in Spain and most of the applications, a 70%, are from Latin America, so at the end of 2006, the III MILENIUM CONSORTIUM was created with head office in Valencia (Spain), this institution manages, coordinates and applies the program of grants to attend with more efficiency, and in their own language, the artists and creative people of Spanish language who are interested in apply to the programs of grants and participate in the events organized by the III Milenium Corporation.
Gradually, representatives of all the states of the artistic area like owner of art galleries, artists, critics of art, collectors etc. will enter in the III MILENIUM CONSORTIUM.
We started negotiations to establish a collaboration agreement with the UNESCO and the International founds for the promotion of culture inside the program of grants for artists and creative people UNESCO-Ashberg.
The III Milenium Corporation and the III Milenium Consortium are opened to all kind of agreement with Companies, Foundations, and Organisations that want to collaborate with our project, in a financial or structural way, regarding what is established.
The III Milenium Corporation dedicates all these efforts to the developing of the creativity and focuses all the contributions of the different companies to the founds of grants, with the objective of help the artists and creative people of all the world, specially the beginners and the people with less resources. |
